How to Delete Your Instagram Data
Follow these simple steps to completely remove all your Instagram information from DishPair
Navigate to Your Socials Page
Log into your DishPair account and go to the Socials page from your dashboard or navigation menu.
💡 Tip: You can find the Socials page in your main navigation or creator dashboard.
Find Your Connected Instagram Account
Look for your connected Instagram account in the list of social media platforms. You'll see your Instagram profile picture and username.
Click the Three-Dot Menu
Next to your Instagram account, you'll see a three-dot menu (⋮). Click on it to open the options menu.

Select "Remove Account"
From the dropdown menu, click "Remove Account". You'll see a confirmation dialog to make sure you want to proceed.
Confirm Deletion
Confirm that you want to remove your Instagram account. This will immediately delete all your Instagram data from DishPair.
✅ Complete! Your Instagram data has been permanently removed from DishPair.
What Data Gets Deleted
Profile Information
- Instagram username
- Profile picture
- Bio and description
- Follower count
Analytics & Content
- Engagement metrics
- Post analytics
- Audience demographics
- Access tokens
Important Notes
⚠️ Immediate Effect: Data deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You'll need to reconnect your Instagram account if you want to use DishPair's Instagram features again.
🔒 Privacy: We only delete data stored on DishPair. This does not affect your Instagram account or data stored on Instagram's platform.
✅ Complete Removal: Once deleted, your Instagram data is permanently removed from all DishPair systems including backups.
