As a food creator, I partnered with over 100 restaurants and saw the same problem repeatedly:

That's why I started DishPair.

Before starting DishPair, I worked on Instagram Growth at Meta, helping build systems that acquire users and keep them coming back.

At the same time, I spent years immersed in NYC's food scene, partnering with restaurants as a creator and building an audience around food and local culture.

What struck me was how different the two worlds were.

Consumer products obsess over acquisition, retention, attribution, and growth.

Most restaurants are still forced to make critical marketing decisions with limited visibility into what actually drives customers and revenue.

DishPair combines what I learned from building growth products at Meta with what I learned working directly with restaurants.

Why This Matters to Me

As a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam, I grew up watching my family work incredibly hard to create opportunities and build community.

Many of the businesses that shaped those communities were local restaurants — gathering places, cultural hubs, small businesses that bring neighborhoods together.
